Leah's Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
vanilla extract

Directions:
cream butter and sugar together
Add cocoa
add chocolate and vanilla extracts
Beat until desired consistency is reached
