Sunflower Seed Bread

Sunflower Seed Bread
Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
salt, table
oats
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
seeds, flaxseed
honey
butter, without salt
oil, canola
animal fat, bacon grease
Directions:
Stir yeast into the lukewarm water.
Let sit for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl combine flour, salt and oats.
Pour in yeast/water mixture and mix well.
Add sunflower seeds, flax seeds, honey and lastly, melted butter.
Keep mixing with your mixer at medium speed until you get a soft and quite sticky dough.
Place the dough into a bowl (previously coated with oil), cover with a towel and let rise for about 2 hours.
2 hours later, on a slightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangular shape, then starting from one short edge, roll it up to the other edge.
Place it in a well-buttered loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour.
Bake at 180 degrees C for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool, then slice it up.
