Sandhill Inn Cold Sabayon with Fresh Fruit
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored powdered gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange liqueur liqueur
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to gentle peaks
2 cups clean berries
Directions:
