Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
vinegar, distilled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
water, bottled, generic
catsup
Directions:
mix together sugar, flour, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, adding water a little bit at a time 'til completely mixed together.
Add to browned meatballs, place in slow cooker and cook on medium for about 3 hours or as desired.
