Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:
roland, seasoned rice wine vinegar,
sugars, brown
catsup
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
cornstarch
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Whisk together vinegar, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and pepper flakes.
Bring to a boil.
In a separate bowl mix together cornstarch and water.
Stir until there are no lumps.
Add cornstarch/water to sauce whisking constantly until sauce begins to thicken.
Sauce will thicken more upon cooling.
