Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
sugars, granulated
salt, table
Directions:
Sift all ingredients into large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Package it in airtight container(s).
To serve: Stir 4 tablespoons of mix into 8 ounces of boiling water.
