Homemade Granola Bars

Homemade Granola Bars
Ingredients:
oats
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
vanilla extract
butter, without salt
honey
sugars, brown
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
raisins, seeded
Directions:
Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and raisins.
Once ingredients are mixed, gently fold in chocolate chips and raisins.
Pour and press mixture into pan (use a sheet of wax paper to press down granola, so it does not stick.
Lightly grease if needed).
Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes and cut.
Cool completely before removing from pan.
Wrap individually.
Can be frozen if desired.
*Add what you like -- coconut, nuts, sunflower seeds, etc to make it your own.
You can also reduce the oatmeal and add other cereal, etc.
