½ lime, slice into 3 wedges, separated
8 refreshing mint leaves
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Beaten ice
1 tablespoon fresh new lime juice
1½ ounces gentle rum
1 ounce pomegranate liqueur
¼ cup pomegranate juice (no sugar excess)
3 tablespoons seltzer
1 clean mint sprig

1. Within just the backside of a collins glass, litter 2 of the lime wedges with the mint leaves and sugar to extract the juice towards the limes and the oils in opposition to the mint.
2. Fill the glass with overwhelmed ice, and then incorporate the lime juice, rum, pomegranate liqueur, and pomegranate juice. Best with the seltzer and stir. Garnish with the becoming lime wedge and mint sprig.
