Famous Hot Fudge Topping
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
candies, caramels
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
ice creams, vanilla
vanilla extract
Directions:
In a double boiler over simmering water, combine milk and caramels.
Cook, stirring, until melted and smooth.
Stir in chocolate until smooth.
Stir in ice cream and vanilla until well blended.
Remove from heat.
Store in refrigerator.
