Haystack Cookies
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
honey
water, bottled, generic
salt, table
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oats
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, walnuts, english
dates, deglet noor
Directions:
Mix together the first four ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Use a tablespoon to form balls and press together lightly.
Place cookies onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
