Strawberry Peach Crisp

Ingredients:
peaches, yellow, raw
sugars, granulated
sugars, granulated
sugars, granulated
oats
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, brown
spices, cinnamon, ground
butter, without salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
For the fruit filling: In a large bowl combine frozen peaches, strawberry jam, tapioca pudding and Truvia (sugar substitute).
Place the fruit mixture into the prepared baking dish.
For the topping: In a medium bowl stir together oats, flour, brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute) and cinnamon.
Using a pastry blender cut the butter into the mixture until it is crumbly.
Sprinkle this evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until fruit mixture bubbles around the edges.
Remove from oven and serve warm with your favorite sugar-free whipped topping, frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream!
Makes 6 servings.
