Vickys Pear and Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
pears, raw
sugars, brown
cornstarch
vanilla extract
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
salt, table
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated

Directions:
Preheat oven to gas 6 / 180C / 350F
For the filling toss the fruit, brown sugar, cornstarch, spices, salt and sunflower spread together in a large bowl, then put into a large greased oven dish
Combine the flour, sugar and butter with your fingers to make crumbs and sprinkle it thickly over the fruit
Bake for 45 mins until the crumble topping is golden and the fruit is soft.
Serve with custard or ice cream while still warm
