Absinthe Suissesse

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Pernod
- 1/2 ounce orgeat
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 ounce cream
- 4 ounces ice

Directions:
1. First, pour Pernod, orgeat, egg white, cream, and ice into a blender.
2. Next, merge.
3. Finally, pour into a chilled previous-shaped glass.
