Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
brussels sprouts, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
butter, without salt
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Trim ends of Brussels sprouts, leaving sprouts whole.
Wash sprouts with cold water; drain well.
In a large bowl, combine oil, butter, salt, and pepper.
Add sprouts, tossing gently to coat.
Place in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Add 1/2 cup water, and bake for 30 minutes, or until tender.
