Lemon Cream Soda
Lemon Cream Soda
Ingredients:
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
water, bottled, generic
ice creams, vanilla
Directions:
Spoon 1/4 cup lemon curd into each of 4 pint sized dessert glasses.
Add 1/4 sparkling water and stir to combine.
Add 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass; top with additional sparkling water.
Serve immediately with straws.
