Culinary Class Pizza Dough (Easy)

Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table

Directions:
Combine yeast, water, and sugar.
Add water, stir completely, and let sit.
Combine other ingredients.
Combine all ingredients.
Knead dough.
Let dough rise in a 170F oven for 20-30 minutes.
Roll out dough, top with pizza toppings, return to 475F oven for about 15 minutes.
