Healthy Zucchinni Bread
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
vanilla extract
oil, olive, salad or cooking
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
seeds, flaxseed
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and stir.
Combine all wet ingredients in a different bowl and stir.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
Mix together until it is s doughy mixture.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake for an hour.
