sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Cut butter/margarine into cubes and cut into flour mixture.
You can use a fork or a dough tool.
Mix until it resembles corn meal.
In the bottom of the flour mixture, make a well in which to pour the milk.
Pour the milk into the well and work with fingers until you get the dough.
On a floured surface, roll the dough to a 1/4 inch thickness.
Use a 2.5 inch biscuit cutter to cut biscuits.
You can also use a drinking glass for the shape.
Place the cut biscuits on a greased and floured pan and bake for 9-10 minutes.
The biscuits WILL NOT brown like normal biscuits.
Take one of the biscuits and carefully pull apart to make sure they are completely baked.
