Multigrain Honey Oat Bread
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
oats
butter, without salt
honey
cream, sour, cultured
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oat bran, raw
salt, table
seeds, flaxseed
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Combine boiling water, cornmeal and steel cut oats.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Add cornmeal mixture to the bread machine, followed by the remaining ingredients.
Set on medium setting or wheat setting.
Bake and enjoy!
