Berry Topping
Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
cream, sour, cultured
sugars, powdered
sugars, granulated
vanilla extract
goji berries, dried
Directions:
To make the topping, combine all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat at high speed until the mixture forms soft peaks.
Dollop over the tops of cakes and top with berries.
