Ingredients:

peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
Keep refrigerated between consumption.
