Fiesta Rice
Ingredients:
sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Mix salsa, rice and water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until rice is tender.
Fluff rice with fork before serving.
