Banana Honey Muffins
Ingredients:
bananas, raw
sugars, brown
honey
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Place 12 muffin cups in pan.
In large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, honey, and margarine.
Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
Slowly add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well.
Spoon the batter into the cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
Remove the muffins and cool on a rack.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
