Baked Catfish Dijon Recipe
Ingredients:
salt, table
onions, raw
butter, without salt
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
mustard, prepared, yellow
lemon juice, raw
sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, tabasco
parsley, fresh
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Arrange fish in shallow baking dish.
Salt and pepper liberally; cover with sliced onions and dot with butter.
Bake 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and tobasco.
Pour over fish and broil 2 to 3 min till brown and bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
