Ingredients:
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup darkish brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup moreover 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
