Marjorie's Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yield: 4 1/2 dozen
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 12 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Next, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; fixed apart.
3. Then, in a substantial blending bowl, cream the margarine and sugar. Increase the corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla, then merge properly. Slowly merge the dry substances into the creamed combination. Stir inside the nuts and the chocolate chips.
4. Finally, get rid of through teaspoonfuls on to ungreased baking sheets, spacing perfectly aside.
