Chocolate Ganache Filling
Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
vanilla extract
Directions:
Place chocolate chips and cream in a small glass bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until cream is hot and chocolate is melted.
Stir well.
Stir in vanilla.
Let cool 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
