North Croatian Horseradish Sauce #2
Ingredients:
horseradish, prepared
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
Directions:
Grate horseradish.
Make bechamel sauce: melt butter, add flour and stir.
Add milk slowly and stir until you get creamy sauce.
Add salt and grated horseradish, stir well and keep warm.
Serve.
