Sunny Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 5 dozen

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-explanation flour
- 1 cup complete-wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted sunflower kernels
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Next, blend the flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; preset apart.
3. Then, in a massive blending bowl, cream the butter or margarine. Slowly but surely increase the sugars, beating until the combination is light-weight and fluffy. Insert the eggs and vanilla and overcome effectively. Increase the dry components to the creamed mix and battle very well. Stir in the chocolate chips, sunflower kernels, and sesame seeds.
4. Finally, eliminate the dough via heaping teaspoonfuls on to evenly greased baking sheets, spacing perfectly aside. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Awesome a little on baking sheets just before getting rid of to twine racks.
