Yogurt and Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: about 2 1/2 dozen

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted (sweet) butter, at area temperature
- 1 cup furthermore 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 major egg
- 1/2 cup simple, entire-milk yogurt
- 3/4 cup ruined pecan sections
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Next, sift the flour prior to measuring, then sift back with baking soda and salt; fastened apart.
3. Then, in a substantial blending bowl, cream the butter until it is fluffy. Include the sugar, beating until nicely combined. Increase the molasses, vanilla, and egg and combine adequately. Include about 1 cup of the sifted components and mix properly. Merge in the yogurt. Include the staying sifted elements, stirring to mix carefully. Stir inside the nuts and chocolate chips.
4. Finally, get rid of via rounded tablespoonfuls, spacing very well aside, on to baking sheets included with evenly greased aluminum foil.
