Black-and-White Cookies
Yield: 3 1/2 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, at house temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup granulated fructose
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 12 ounces (2 cups) milk chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Next, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; preset apart.
3. Then, in a significant bowl, overcome the butter, sugar, fructose, and vanilla with an electrical mixer on medium tempo, right until fluffy. Battle in the eggs until batter is very well merged. on lower tempo, slowly mix inside the dry components particularly till properly combined. With a wooden spoon, stir in the chips and coconut.
