Cranberry & Almond Granola
Ingredients:
oats
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
nuts, almonds
wheat germ, crude
spices, cinnamon, ground
sugars, brown
water, bottled, generic
oil, canola
vanilla extract
cranberries, dried, sweetened
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring brown sugar and water to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in oil and vanilla extract.
Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.
Pour onto 15 x 10 baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Stir in cranberries.
Cool and store in airtight container.
