Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sweetener, syrup, agave
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
vanilla extract
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
Directions:
Cream the butter with an electric mixer until light in color.
Slowly add the agave nectar and beat until fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Gradually add the dry milk and beat again.
Add the vanilla extract and the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until completely blended.
Add the salt, turn the mixer to high speed, and beat about 2 minutes, or until very fluffy.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
