Microwave Lemon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
cornstarch
water, bottled, generic
water, bottled, generic
butter, without salt
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
Directions:
In a deep 1 qt, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine sugar and cornstarch.
Gradually stir in water.
Heat uncovered on full power 3 to 4 min or possibly till sauce has thickened and is smooth.
Stir occasionally.
Add in butter, lemon juice and salt.
Serve hot or possibly cool.
Great over cake or possibly ice cream.
