Susan's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: about 5 dozen

Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine, at place temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup mild brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 eggs
- 18 ounces (3 cups) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Next, sift the flour in advance of measuring, then sift all over again with the baking soda and salt; fastened apart.
3. Then, in a weighty bowl, merge the margarine, sugars, vanilla, and water and beat with an electrical mixer around 2 minutes, until creamy. Insert the eggs and beat till fluffy.
4. Then, even though slowly incorporating the sifted components, overcome with the electrical mixer for over 2 minutes, until exceptionally perfectly put together.
5. Then, stir inside the chocolate chips.
6. Finally, reduce by heaping teaspoonfuls on to flippantly greased baking sheets.
