Toasted Pecan Clusters

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
nuts, pecans
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,

Directions:
Melt butter in a 15x10x1 inch jellyroll pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300F (150C).
for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler, bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes, add pecans, and stir until coated.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Let cool.
