Apple Crisp

Yield: 1 pan, 12 x 20 inches (30 x 50 cm) Section: 48 Part measurement: 4 oz (125 g)

Ingredients:
- 8 lb EP (4 kg EP) Apples, peeled and sliced
- 4 oz (125 g) Granulated sugar
- 2 fl oz (60 mL) Lemon juice
- 1 lb (500 g) Butter
- 1 lb 8 oz (750 g) Brown sugar
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Cinnamon
- 1 lb 8 oz (750 g) Pastry flour

Directions:
1. First, throw the apple carefully with the granulated sugar and lemon juice.
2. Next, spread the apples flippantly in a baking pan measuring 12 x 20 inside.(30 x 50 cm) (see observe).
3. Then, rub the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour with each other till very well put together and crumbly.
4. Then, sprinkle lightly above the apples.
5. Finally, bake at 350°F (175°C)for about 45 minutes, till the final is browned and the apples are smooth.
