milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Mix juices.
Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume.
Add all ingredients; blend well.
Freeze.
