Ingredients:

- 2 lb (900 g) Sugar
- 3 oz (90 g) Cornstarch

- 1�"4 oz (41�"4 tsp) (7 g (21 mL)) Cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Nutmeg
- 3 oz (90 g) Butter

Directions:
