Beef Crust Country Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
spices, oregano, dried
bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
onions, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
cheese, cheddar

Directions:
Directions for crust: Combine these ingredients.
Mix well.
Pat meat mix into bottom and healthy pinch 1-inch flutings around the edges of greased 9-inch pie plate.
Set aside.
Directions for filling: Combine minute rice, tomato sauce, salt, water and half of cheese.
Spoon rice mix into meat shell.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
Uncover and sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Return to oven and bake uncovered 10 to 15 min longer.
