Lemon Olive Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
lemon juice, raw
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, puree the olives.
Add olive oil and lemon juice and puree again.
Toss 1 tablespoon per serving with salad ingredients.
