Banana Cream Pie Crust
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
salt, table
butter, without salt
Directions:
Make a crumb crust by putting the peanut butter sandwich cookies and salt into a blender, whirl until you have crumbs and drizzle in 2 T unsalted butter, melted.
Press into pie pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
Quarter 3 ripe, firm bananas instead of slicing (less surface to discolor), lay in bottom of crust and pour in filling.
Bake according to directions.
