Quick and Creamy Applesauce Dessert (Lacto)
Ingredients:
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
vanilla extract
apples, raw, with skin
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Serve right away or chill for later serving.
