Ingredients:
milk, canned, condensed, sweetened
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
alcoholic beverage, distilled, whiskey, 86 proof
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together with whisk and keep chilled.
Use up within 1 week.
