Apple Frost Recipe

Ingredients:
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
apples, raw, with skin
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, ginger, ground
nuts, walnuts, english

Directions:
1.
Place 1/2 of all ingredients in blender container, omitting walnuts.
Blend on medium speed till smooth, stopping blender several times to scrape container.
Add in nuts and blend only till minced.
2.
Repeat step 1 with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately with apple slice garnish, if you like.
Yield: 6 servings.
