Mock Whipped Cream Substitute
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
lemon juice, raw
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Mix water and dry milk and chill thoroughly.
Whip to form peaks.
Add lemon juice and continue whipping to form high peaks.
Beat in sugar.
