Blue Cheese Dip
Yield: 1 qt (1 L)
Ingredients:
- 12 oz (375 g) cream cheese
- 5 fl oz (150 mL) Milk
- 6 oz (175 g) Mayonnaise
- 1 fl oz (30 mL) Lemon juice
- 1 oz (30 g) Onion, minced
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) hot red pepper sauce
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 10 oz (300 g) Blue cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. First, in a mixer with the paddle attachment, battle the cream cheese at reduced rate until tender and tender.
2. Next, with the cream operating, slowly beat in the milk.
3. Then, increase the unwind of the components and mix within nicely.
