Blue Cheese Dip

Yield: 1 qt (1 L)

Ingredients:
- 12 oz (375 g) cream cheese
- 5 fl oz (150 mL) Milk
- 6 oz (175 g) Mayonnaise
- 1 fl oz (30 mL) Lemon juice
- 1 oz (30 g) Onion, minced
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) hot red pepper sauce
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 10 oz (300 g) Blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:
