Healthy Yogurt and Fruit Breakfast

Ingredients:
yogurt, vanilla, non-fat
blueberries, raw
nuts, walnuts, english

Directions:
Pour vanilla yogurt into a bowl.
Add berries to yogurt.
If you are using frozen berries, defrost them for 1/2 to 1 minute in the microwave and drain off excess liquid.
Stir in walnuts.
