1 medium or 2 low bananas, peeled, minimize into chunks
3 dried prunes, pitted (if challenging, soak for 1 hour right before mixing)
1 tablespoon uncooked cashew butter
1 teaspoon fo-ti root powder
Pinch of sea salt

1. Put the water, banana, prunes, cashew butter, fo-ti powder, and salt in a blender and mix on high right up until soft and creamy, relating to 30 seconds.
