Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
honey
seeds, chia seeds, dried
blueberries, raw
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender in order listed; blend 30 seconds, or until smooth.
If mixture is too thick, blend in additional coconut milk or water.
